Requirements

- Robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro, with the ability to execute high-quality edits independently.
- A solid understanding of design principles, composition, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
- Proven ability to operate professional cameras and manage on-set filming requirements.
- Strong editing skills, with an eye for detail, pacing, transitions, colour grading, and sound design.
- Ability to lead the editing process, maintain creative consistency, and ensure deliverables meet the agency's quality standards.
- Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
- The ability to take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and guide creative execution from concept to final delivery.
