About the Role

Visco Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in Digital Video Cameras, Lenses, and electronic equipment. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems, PCB boards, and related components. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently handle service requests and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of professional electronic and broadcast equipment. ● Carry out Level IV PCB repairs, including component-level troubleshooting and replacement. ● Diagnose equipment faults using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools. ● Identify and replace defective electronic components. ● Conduct routine calibration and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. ● Troubleshoot and service Digital Video Cameras, Lenses, and related equipment. ● Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and service reports. ● Handle multiple products and service requests independently and ensure timely resolution. ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery. ● Provide qualified technical support and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.



● Follow established service procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications Education

● Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or a related field. ● BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or a relevant electronics discipline preferred. Experience ● 2–3 years of experience in electronic repair/service, preferably in professional AV, broadcast, camera, or related equipment.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit troubleshooting. ● Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics. ● Knowledge of PCB-level and component-level repair. ● Understanding of electrical/electronic calibration procedures. ● Basic knowledge of computer operations and networking. ● Ability to troubleshoot problems systematically and work independently. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong customer-service orientation and professional attitude. ● Ability to manage multiple service requests and meet deadlines.
