Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead teams, manage technology projects end-to-end, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities and resources, solve blockers, and drive efficient project execution.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in project management and end-to-end project delivery
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong experience managing timelines, priorities, deliverables, resources, and project milestones
- Strong understanding of software development and technology projects
- Experience working with developers, designers, product, business, and other cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and proactively drive resolutions
- Ability to delegate tasks, track team performance, and ensure accountability
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage,



and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion
- Lead, manage, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, set priorities, and ensure team accountability
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities
- Coordinate closely with developers, designers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor team and project performance and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Track project progress, identify blockers, and drive timely resolution
- Manage project dependencies, resources, risks, and changing priorities
- Conduct regular team meetings, project reviews, and progress updates
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, reports, and status updates
- Ensure projects meet quality, scope, timeline, and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, processes, and project execution
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and team efficiency
