Position: Electrician

Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrician with hospitality industry experience to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems across the resort to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations while delivering a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical equipment and systems within the resort.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in guest rooms, villas, public areas, kitchens, restaurants, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.
- Maintain electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, generators, motors, pumps, lighting systems, and power distribution networks.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of DG sets, emergency power systems, and electrical infrastructure.
- Attend maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and eliminate electrical hazards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, electrical safety standards, and company policies.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and electrical improvement projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations.

Qualifications & Experience





- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid Wireman Licence is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.
- Robust knowledge of electrical maintenance, power distribution systems, generators, motors, and pumps.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Experience in preventive maintenance programmes and troubleshooting electrical equipment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
