KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Explain job roles, salary packages, and company details to candidates.
- Perform preliminary candidate assessments and verify basic details.
- Arrange client interviews and communicate interview schedules.
- Collect interview feedback from clients and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and discuss notice periods.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Assist candidates with offer letters and joining documentation.
- Update candidate status and maintain recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned job vacancies.
