Compensation & Pay Scale

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may include:

- Making outbound calls to trucking companies, fleet owners, and business owners.
- Generating new commercial trucking insurance leads and business opportunities.
- Communicating professionally with prospects in English.
- Identifying customer needs and qualifying commercial trucking insurance prospects.
- Discussing insurance products and coverage within the scope of your licensing and authorization, where applicable.




- Following up with prospective and existing clients.
- Scheduling consultations and coordinating with the insurance team.
- Managing prospect information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Building professional relationships with commercial trucking and transportation businesses.

Mandatory Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Previous commercial trucking insurance experience is mandatory.
- Strong English-speaking and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with commercial truck insurance, commercial auto insurance, or transportation insurance.
- Confidence in speaking with trucking business owners and fleet operators.
- Understanding of commercial trucking insurance processes and customer requirements.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or client relationship management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and computer-based business tools.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
