- Maintain and verify Form F for applicable prenatal ultrasound examinations.
- Maintain scan registers, patient records, referral forms and consent documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly PCPNDT reports to the relevant Appropriate Authority within the applicable deadline.
- Verify that patient records and ultrasound machine logs are consistent.
- Maintain registration certificates and support inspections and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with radiologists, the gynaecology department, medical records staff and hospital administration.
- Protect patient confidentiality and ensure that fetal sex is never disclosed.
Qualifications: Graduation
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Hospital Industry
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
