Job Summary

Peaceful Stays is looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our hospitality team in the scenic hills of Dalhousie. In this role, you will be the face of our property, ensuring our guests experience top-tier hospitality from check-in to check-out. - Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in and check-out process, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Front Office Operations: Manage room reservations, answer phone calls, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records in the system.
- Food & Beverage Coordination: Assist guests with food orders, coordinate with the kitchen team, and occasionally assist in the dining area to ensure prompt service.
- Concierge Assistance: Guide guests with local sightseeing information, travel arrangements, and top attractions around Dalhousie.
- Problem Solving:



Address and resolve guest complaints or requests swiftly to maintain high satisfaction scores.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 12th pass, Graduate, or a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or F&B; service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and functional proficiency in English.
- Skills: Strong communication, a welcoming personality, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
