Integra Global Solutions provides business services, AI software, and implementation services. We are building our founder’s social media presence around practical AI adoption for accounting firms and are looking for someone who can turn his knowledge and experience into compelling content.

Job Description

You will work directly with our founder to develop content strategy, identify strong topics and angles, and prepare video scripts, talking points, and social media posts.

Our founder and internal specialists will provide domain specific knowledge, product information, and practical examples. Your responsibility is to understand that information, identify what matters to the audience, and shape it into content that builds credibility, attracts relevant followers, and generates interest in Integra’s services.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a focused content strategy for LinkedIn and YouTube, with content adapted for Facebook and Instagram.
- Hold regular discussions with the founder to draw out opinions, experiences, stories, and useful insights.
- Research audience questions, industry developments, and successful content to propose relevant topics.
- Develop compelling hooks, clear angles, video outlines, conversational scripts, and LinkedIn posts.
- Help the founder prepare for recording, including opening lines, examples, interview questions, and calls to action.
- Maintain a content calendar and brief our editing and design team on how each piece should be presented.
- Review finished content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with the founder’s voice.
- Analyze audience response and qualified inquiries to improve topics, formats, and messaging.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content strategy, scriptwriting, personal branding, or a closely related role.
- A strong portfolio of content developed for founders, business leaders, B2B companies, or professional services.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write naturally for video.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience needs, and platform-specific content.




- Ability to turn specialist information into clear, engaging content while checking accuracy with internal experts.
- Ability to take ownership, organize production, and work directly with senior leadership.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, accounting, or financial services is an advantage.
