Job Purpose
To lead and manage a team of field executives, achieve business targets, ensure timely loan collections, maintain customer relationships, and drive overall business growth in the Indore location.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of field executives to achieve assigned business targets.
- Monitor daily sales and collection activities and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Manage customer relationships, dealer coordination, and field-level operations.
- Ensure timely collection of loan EMIs and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and support three-wheeler vehicle loan sourcing.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and resolve customer issues.
- Track team productivity, prepare daily and monthly MIS reports, and share updates with management.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance with company policies, and adherence to RBI guidelines.
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and customer service.
- Coordinate with the branch manager and other departments for smooth business operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, collections, or NBFC/microfinance operations.
- Prior experience in team handling and target achievement is preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Indore local market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
