Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and customers.
- Promote and sell steel and TMT products to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and share quotations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding order booking, pricing, stock availability, and dispatch details.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms as per company policy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of steel, iron, and TMT products will be preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and build customer relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in steel sales, building materials, or construction-related sales will be an advantage.
