Pattabhi Agro Foods Private Limited is engaged in the agro-food industry, offering quality food products under the Sri Lohitha brand, including rice, rice bran oil, atta, idli rawa, pulses, and other food products. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Trainee to support our Domestic Sales and Commercial Operations team at our Hyderabad office.

Job Summary

The Commercial Trainee – Domestic Sales will assist in coordinating domestic sales operations, processing sales orders, maintaining sales documentation, preparing reports, coordinating with distributors and customers, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Domestic Sales Coordination

· Coordinate with the domestic sales team, distributors, dealers, and customers.

· Follow up on customer orders, dispatches, deliveries, and pending requirements.

· Assist in maintaining customer and distributor records.

- Sales Order Processing

· Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.

· Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.

· Monitor order status and ensure timely communication regarding deliveries.

- MIS and Reporting

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly domestic sales reports.

· Maintain sales registers, order trackers, customer databases, and pending payment reports.

· Work on MS Excel and maintain accurate commercial records.

- Commercial Documentation

· Maintain invoices, purchase orders,



sales records, debit notes, credit notes, and other relevant documents.

· Assist with sales reconciliation and documentation related to outstanding payments.

· Ensure proper filing and maintenance of commercial records.

- Sales Support and Follow-Up

· Follow up with the sales team regarding order status, collections, and pending documentation.

· Assist in tracking sales targets, secondary sales data, and distributor performance.

· Support management with commercial reports and other assigned activities.

Required Qualifications

· Any Graduate, preferably B.Com, BBA, or a related discipline.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in domestic sales coordination, commercial operations, sales administration, or FMCG distribution.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and sales documentation.

· Knowledge of ERP, SAP, or sales order management systems will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

· Valuable communication and coordination skills.

· Strong numerical and documentation accuracy.

· Basic understanding of sales orders, invoicing, and commercial processes.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external customers.

Compensation and Working Conditions

· Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹21,000/- consolidated.

· Working Schedule: 6 working days per week.

· Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

· Employment: Full-time.

· Salary is fixed as specified above, subject to company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
