Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, computer systems, software applications, network connectivity, and technical support. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining data security, and supporting employees with day-to-day IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Support: Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, printers, and system-related issues.
- Hardware & Software: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, operating systems, and business applications.
- Network Management: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
- System Maintenance:



Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Data Security: Ensure data confidentiality, access control, password security, and compliance with IT policies.
- ERP & Applications: Support ERP, inventory, production, billing, and other business software used in daily operations.
- IT Inventory: Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, equipment, and service requests.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external IT service providers for repairs, installations, and technical support.
- Documentation: Maintain IT support logs, asset registers, backup records, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Employee Support: Guide employees on the proper use of IT systems and workplace technology.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
