Algovex Innovation Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Researcher to join our research and development team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological research, laboratory testing, and supporting product development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological experiments, laboratory testing, and sample analysis.
- Perform microbial isolation, identification, and culture maintenance.
- Assist in research and development of current products.
- Maintain laboratory records and prepare research reports.
- Ensure proper handling of samples, laboratory equipment, and chemicals.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.
- Support ongoing research projects and product improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the research team.
