Job Overview:

We are hiring a Tender Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process—from identifying opportunities to submission. The role requires a proactive individual with knowledge of e-tender portals, strong documentation and coordination skills, and a positive understanding of government and private sector tender requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Analysis

- Search, monitor, and identify suitable tenders from various online portals like GEM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and technical/commercial requirements.

Tender Documentation & Submission

- Prepare technical and commercial bids in coordination with relevant departments (sales, finance, technical).
- Ensure all required certificates, forms, and supporting documents are accurate and included.
- Upload and submit tender documents within deadlines, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Interdepartmental Coordination

- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, legal,



and project teams for necessary documents and approvals.
- Arrange vendor/supplier quotations when required for pricing and costing.

Post-Submission Follow-up

- Track the status of submitted tenders and participate in bid openings when required.
- Handle clarifications, corrigendum, and additional information requested during evaluation.

Record Keeping & Reporting

- Maintain detailed records of submitted tenders, deadlines, outcomes, and feedback.
- Prepare tender summaries, MIS reports, and documentation logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
