We provide end-to-end environmental services across India with a strong focus on Mining, Building & Construction, and Area Development projects. Our core offerings include Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Clearance (EC), Compliance Management, and Consent Management (CTE/CTO).

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our environmental consultancy services in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi NCR. The role requires active client engagement, field travel, and consistent lead generation in the areas of EIA, Environmental Clearance, Compliance, and Consent Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with project proponents, mining companies, real estate developers, infrastructure firms, and industrial clients across UP, Uttarakhand, and Delhi NCR.
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
- Environmental Clearance (EC) from MoEF&CC; / SEIAA
- Post-EC Compliance & Monitoring
- Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) from State Pollution Control Boards
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits (travel is compulsory and forms a core part of the role).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client project requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.




- Track and report on pipeline, leads, meetings, and conversion metrics on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations, policies, and industry trends relevant to mining, building, and area development sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking forums as required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.
- Proven ability or solid aptitude for business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Good understanding (or willingness to quickly learn) of environmental clearance processes, EIA, compliance, and consent management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
