We are looking for a talented, curious, and responsible News Reporter & Writer to research, gather, verify, and write news stories on current affairs, politics, social issues, business, entertainment, and other relevant topics. The candidate should have strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver accurate, engaging, and timely news content.

Key Responsibilities

- Cover breaking news, spot reporting, events, press conferences, interviews, and local developments.
- Research news topics and gather information from reliable sources.
- Conduct interviews with relevant individuals, officials, experts, and eyewitnesses.
- Write clear, accurate, engaging, and well-structured news reports, articles, and features.
- Verify facts, names, dates, quotations, and other information before publication.
- Develop news stories and follow up on important developments.
- Prepare headlines, introductions, captions, and news summaries.
- Coordinate with editors, photographers, video journalists, and the digital media team.
- Follow journalistic ethics, editorial guidelines, and applicable laws.
- Meet deadlines and contribute to print,



digital, website, and social media platforms as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, interviewing, and fact-checking abilities.
- Excellent command of Hindi, with strong writing and reading skills.
- Knowledge of current affairs and media trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms is an advantage.
