Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch operations, lead the sales and marketing team, generate business, and drive overall branch performance.

The role involves both office/branch management and regular field work, including client visits, team supervision, market visits, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.
- Achieve branch-wise monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, business development, and market activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely achievement of individual and branch targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Track daily sales activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch operations.
- Handle customer/client queries and ensure proper resolution.
- Monitor competitors,



market trends, and local business opportunities.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, productivity, and professional conduct of the branch team.
- Take responsibility for overall branch growth and profitability.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Branch Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field. (Freshers Don't Apply)
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer handling.
- Should be willing to travel locally for business and field activities.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

₹Upto 50K per month + Incentives
