Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, offers, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, purchase, design, and production departments.
- Process customer inquiries, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain records of quotations, customer inquiries, orders, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pending payments as required.
- Understand basic electrical products, components, and technical specifications to support the sales process.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and other required documentation using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
- Handle customer emails, calls, and routine sales-related correspondence professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation and update sales records regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales back office, or a similar role.




- Candidates with experience in the electrical, electrical panel, industrial automation, or engineering industry will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical products and technical specifications.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates residing in Vadodara, preferably near Makarpura GIDC.
- Candidates with prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Candidates who can coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.
- Candidates looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in sales coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
