Role Overview

Job Title: Cybersecurity Trainer & Curriculum Specialist (CSR – Education & Skilling)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Trainer & Curriculum Specialist to design and deliver engaging cybersecurity learning experiences for students across schools in Lucknow. This role combines curriculum development, hands-on lab facilitation, and on-ground training, with a strong focus on expanding access to future-ready digital safety and security skills through CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Content Development

- Design structured cybersecurity curriculum (beginner to advanced) covering network security, ethical hacking basics, cyber hygiene, data privacy, and information security fundamentals.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and project/lab-based modules.
- Create content for digital learning platforms, including worksheets and video/demo modules.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Conduct in-person cybersecurity training sessions and workshops for students.
- Facilitate hands-on learning using security tools and platforms such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, and CTF (Capture the Flag) exercises.
- Adapt content for diverse learner groups and institutional contexts.

Lab & Digital Learning Support

- Support setup and effective use of cybersecurity/computer labs.
- Organize and upload content to the LMS to enhance learner engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Execution





- Coordinate with faculty, institutions, and internal teams for smooth program delivery.
- Travel to partner schools and colleges across India for training and implementation.

Assessment & Continuous Improvement

- Design assessments (quizzes, CTFs, projects) and track learner progress.
- Incorporate feedback to improve curriculum and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, or Networking-related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of security tools and concepts (e.g., network security, ethical hacking, firewalls); certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA Security are a plus.
- Experience in application of security tools and concepts into capacity building and teaching pedagogy for student and teacher friendly understanding of cybersecurity concepts

- Solid communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for diverse learners.
- Experience of working with schools or similar stakeholders.
- Interest in education, skilling, and social impact initiatives.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
