Designation: Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and control electrical engineering documents including drawings, schematics, specifications, reports, and technical records.
- Maintain document revision history, approval status, version control, and document distribution records.
- Perform PDF document editing, consolidation, bookmarking, page management, and compilation of electrical documentation packages.
- Verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance before release.
- Support engineering teams during documentation updates, engineering changes, and release activities.
- Maintain document repositories and ensure timely distribution of controlled documents.
- Coordinate with engineers and project stakeholders to track document progress and closure of document-related actions.
- Ensure adherence to company document control procedures and quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required:





- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in engineering documentation or document control activities.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong proficiency in PDF editing and document management activities (page editing, combining, splitting, bookmarking, document compilation, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of engineering documents.
- Experience with document management systems will be an added advantage.
