Job Description

Tea Talkies is looking for a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual design, branding, and creativity, with the ability to develop attractive promotional materials for our café outlets, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Basic Knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Editing.

- Design creative posters, banners, flyers, standees, menu cards, and promotional materials.

- Create engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

- Develop attractive food and beverage promotional designs.

- Design festival greetings, special offers, combo promotions, and outlet launch creatives.

- Prepare high-resolution, print-ready artwork for outlet branding, signage, LED displays, and TV advertisements.

- Edit and enhance food product photographs for menus and advertisements.

- Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Create motion graphics, animated posts, and basic video editing content when required.





- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creative work on time.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.

- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding.

- Experience in food photography editing and product image enhancement.

- Knowledge of print design, digital marketing creatives, and social media formats.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Freshers with an excellent design portfolio
