Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of two vehicle dealerships. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, managing taxation and statutory compliance, and coordinating with management for financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations for both vehicle dealerships.
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, income tax-related documentation, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor daily sales, purchase entries, vehicle inventory accounts, and dealership expenses.
- Reconcile vehicle sales, customer advances, loan disbursements, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with banks and finance companies regarding vehicle loans and payment settlements.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor payments.
- Verify cash, credit card, UPI, and other daily transaction records.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.




- Monitor inter-dealership transactions and maintain separate accounting records for both dealerships.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end account finalisation.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accuracy of financial documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in automobile dealership accounting will be preferred.
- Positive analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage accounting operations for two dealerships simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in accounts and finance management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A responsible and detail-oriented professional who can independently handle the complete accounting and financial activities of two automobile dealerships while ensuring accurate reporting, tax compliance, and financial control.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
