Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects and releases.

- Manage and mentor QA teams comprising both Manual and Automation Test Engineers.

- Drive quality engineering initiatives across Web, API,



and Mobile testing platforms.

- Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Delivery stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

- Own and manage test environments, test data, defect management, and release readiness processes.

- Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and executive-level status reports.

- Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD integration to enhance efficiency and test coverage.

- Lead resource planning, performance management, capability development, and team growth initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement programs.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, and Java.

- Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile Testing.

- Expertise in Test Environment Management, Test Data Management, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, people management, and delivery leadership.

- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
