Job Overview

We are looking for proficient French Language Specialists to join a professional team supporting international operations. The ideal candidate should have advanced French language skills, relevant professional experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking customers or stakeholders in a global business workplace.

Candidates with exposure to the Canadian market and experience in customer support or related operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with French-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain service quality and adhere to established process guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.




- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant professional experience.
- C1-level French proficiency with valid certification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to the Canadian market is required or preferred, depending on the process requirements.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Schedule and Benefits

- Five working days per week.
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Both-side cab facility, subject to the applicable hiring zone.
- Salary package of up to ₹8 LPA, based on experience, language proficiency, and the selection process.
