Digital Media Sapiens, a Google Premier Partner digital marketing agency in Dubai, is hiring an MIS and automation specialist to build systems that track team productivity, set time standards for every task, and automate office workflows using Google Sheets and Apps Script.
Responsibilities:
- Map every recurring task across SEO, social media, paid ads, content, design and development, and set a standard time for each
- Build a Google Sheets MIS for task tracking, time tracking, deadlines and team productivity
- Create automated dashboards and client and management reports
- Automate office workflows using Google Apps Script and tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n
- Recommend new automation ideas to reduce manual work
- Document SOPs and train the in-house MIS executive
Requirements:
- 4+ years in MIS,
business systems or operations automation
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
- Expert-level Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Google Apps Script (mandatory)
- Experience setting task-time standards or capacity planning for a service team
- Looker Studio, Make, Zapier, n8n or AI tools preferred
- Experience with Rahul Jain [company/programme name] systems is a solid advantage
