Pexa Car Care is a growing doorstep car care service brand with 7+ years of industry experience and 300+ franchises across India. We provide professional car cleaning and detailing services through a technology-driven platform.

We are looking for a *creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive* with hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, influencer collaborations, and content planning.

Key Responsibilities

- *Meta Ads Management:* Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

- *Google Ads Management:* Manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns for effective lead generation.

- *Lead Generation:* Develop and optimize campaigns to generate quality leads while maintaining an effective Cost Per Lead (CPL).

- *Budget Management:* Monitor advertising budgets, analyze CPC, CPL, and ROAS, and improve campaign performance.

- *Influencer Marketing:* Research, shortlist, negotiate, and coordinate influencer collaborations.

- *Content Planning:* Develop creative campaign concepts, content calendars, advertising copy, and promotional strategies.

- *Creative Coordination:* Work closely with designers and video editors to develop engaging marketing content.





- *Analytics & Reporting:* Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4, and prepare regular reports.

- *Competitor Research:* Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

- *AI Tools:* Utilize ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools for content ideation, marketing research, and campaign planning.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Proven ability to independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

- Valuable understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, campaign budgeting, and performance metrics.

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Experience in influencer research, negotiation, and campaign coordination.

- Creative thinking, content planning, and copywriting skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI marketing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
