About the Job

PRXT PolyPack is looking for a hardworking and responsible person to help manage daily factory work.

The candidate will support workers, help with raw materials, maintain basic records, prepare delivery notes and assist with billing. The person should also help ensure that work is completed quickly, correctly and on time.

Job Responsibilities

- Help factory workers with daily production work.
- Guide workers and coordinate with them to complete work on time.
- Check raw materials coming into and going out of the factory.
- Maintain records of raw materials, finished products and stock.
- Prepare and maintain delivery notes.
- Help with billing, invoices and basic paperwork.
- Check material quantity before dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, workers, suppliers and management.
- Ensure orders are packed and ready for delivery on time.
- Keep the factory and work area clean and organized.
- Check that workers complete tasks properly and avoid unnecessary wastage.




- Report stock shortages, delays and other problems to management.

Required Skills

- Hardworking, active and responsible.
- Able to manage workers and coordinate daily tasks.
- Basic knowledge of reading, writing and maintaining records.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, billing and delivery notes is an advantage.
- Positive observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly without making mistakes.
- Must be punctual and willing to learn.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with experience in factory work, production assistance, warehouse work, stock management or dispatch are preferred.

Freshers who are hardworking, quick learners and comfortable handling both factory and paperwork duties can also apply.
