*Key Responsibilities:*
- Acquire new gold loan customers through field sales and doorstep services.
- Generate leads through existing customers and databases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue.
- Visit customers within the assigned territory for loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and process-related issues.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales.
- Good sales and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and meet customers at their doorsteps.
