AVM Corporation is looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to install, maintain, test and troubleshoot solar power systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects, including rooftop solar installations under the PM Surya Ghar scheme.

Key Responsibilities

- Install rooftop solar panels, mounting structures, inverters and electrical connections.
- Perform solar panel installation, wiring, earthing and DC/AC connections.
- Install and commission on-grid and off-grid solar systems.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements and installation feasibility checks.
- Test solar systems and verify proper functioning after installation.
- Identify and troubleshoot inverter, wiring, generation and other technical issues.




- Carry out routine maintenance and repair of solar installations.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with engineers, electricians, site supervisors and customers.
- Maintain installation reports, site photographs, material records and commissioning checklists.
- Travel to assigned project sites as required by management.
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of installation activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
