Responsibilities

Civil Engineer / Junior Civil Engineer

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil engineering projects.
- Assist with construction planning, design, and execution.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure construction work follows quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Site Engineer / Construction Site Supervisor

- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor workers, contractors, and construction materials.
- Verify site measurements and construction quality.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and schedules.
- Maintain site attendance, material usage, and work progress records.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and construction regulations.

Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer

- Prepare material quantity estimates and project cost calculations.
- Assist with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
- Verify measurements and contractor bills.
- Monitor project expenses and material requirements.
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities.
- Prepare estimation reports and documentation.

Civil CAD Draftsman / Engineering Assistant





- Prepare and modify 2D construction drawings.
- Assist engineers with site plans, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Work with AutoCAD or other civil design software.
- Update drawings based on site measurements and project changes.
- Maintain project records and drawing files.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for suitable positions.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. Civil Engineering / B.Tech Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications, depending on employer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and site operations.
- Ability to understand civil engineering drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Familiarity with estimation, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation is preferred for relevant positions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
- Previous construction site experience preferred for supervisory positions.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites based on employer requirements.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious candidates preferred.
