Job Overview

India Connect is looking for an energetic, confident, and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our AI-powered products and services.
This is primarily an on-field sales role, requiring daily door-to-door marketing, business visits, face-to-face customer interactions, and lead generation.
We are not looking for highly experienced candidates. Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, a willingness to travel locally, and an interest in learning about AI and technology are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Door-to-door marketing and field sales are mandatory.
- Visit shops, offices, businesses, and commercial establishments to introduce AI products and services.
- Generate new leads through daily field visits and direct customer interactions.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers to explain our solutions.
- Understand basic AI-powered products and communicate their benefits in simple language.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Convert leads into paying customers and work toward sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and sales updates.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and customers.

Required Skills

- Languages:



Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong face-to-face communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable approaching new businesses and speaking with business owners.
- Willingness to perform daily field visits and door-to-door marketing.
- Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn about AI.
- Ability to quickly understand new products and explain them clearly.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Qualifications

- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Formal qualifications are adaptable; communication skills and attitude matter most.
- Previous field sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for daily business visits is essential.
- Having a two-wheeler is preferred.

- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
