Swaad Sweets is looking for a friendly, dependable Server / Waiter to join our team. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help keep our dining area clean and inviting. If you enjoy working with people and providing attentive service, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Answer menu questions and check with the kitchen about ingredients, allergies, and dietary requests.
- Serve orders promptly and check on guests throughout their visit.
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
- Explicit tables, reset seating areas, and maintain cleanliness.
- Help with takeaway orders and other service tasks as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
