Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospital HR Manager to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administration within a healthcare environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant hospital HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, medical staff, and non-medical staff.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and staff welfare.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Implement HR policies and maintain employee discipline.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Prepare HR reports, employee records, and recruitment updates.
- Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and staff retention.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare HR operations.
- Good knowledge of hospital recruitment and HR administration.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital staffing and recruitment.
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with medical and non-medical departments.
