Job Description

We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive to identify potential business clients, research target companies, find relevant decision-makers, and build accurate B2B lead lists using AI tools, search engines, LinkedIn, business directories, and online research platforms.

The role involves B2B lead generation, prospect research, business data collection, contact verification, data enrichment, and lead qualification. You will use AI-assisted research and digital prospecting tools to identify relevant business opportunities and improve the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of lead generation.

The primary focus is on building organized, reliable, and qualified prospect databases that support the Sales and Business Development team.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in B2B lead generation, lead research, data research, prospect research, LinkedIn research, business databases, or AI-assisted research will be preferred.

Practical research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify relevant business prospects are more important than a specific previous job title.

- Robust attention to data accuracy, verification, consistency, and duplicate removal.
- The ability to organize and maintain lead databases using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- A basic understanding of B2B sales, target audiences, and the importance of lead quality.
- The ability to follow defined prospect criteria and deliver consistent research output.
- A willingness to learn new AI tools, research methods, and lead-generation platforms.
