Job Profile: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth production operations as per the production plan and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality Control, Stores, and Maintenance departments for timely production.
- Monitor manpower, machines, raw materials, and other resources to ensure efficient utilization.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify production-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production performance, minimize material wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Maintain production records, daily reports,



and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and downtime, and take necessary steps to reduce them.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatch commitments.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Guide production workers and ensure adherence to work instructions and company policies.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
