Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, understand their property requirements, and assist them throughout the real estate buying, selling, and investment process. The candidate will be responsible for building trust with clients, generating leads, coordinating property visits, and converting prospective customers into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, sellers, investors, and builders.
- Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Handle incoming leads, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain regular communication.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits and meetings with clients.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team, property owners, and builders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain client records, lead status,



and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and client-conversion targets.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in sales or real estate will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
- A target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or client relationship management is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
