JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project summaries at the start of each project.
- Monitor daily progress of all ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with site teams and conduct regular site visits.
- Track project progress, pending activities, and completion schedules.
- Compare planned work with actual progress and identify delays.
- Coordinate with management, Site Engineers, QS, SCM, Accounts, and other departments.
- Identify project issues, assign responsibilities, and follow up until resolution.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, stock movement, and site activities.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Prepare operational reports and project performance summaries for management.
- Calculate weekly project profitability and monitor project expenses.
- Forecast monthly project expenses in coordination with the Finance team.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
- Review Part Bills and Final Bills based on completed work and project progress.




- Coordinate with QS and Accounts teams for billing and cost control.
- Maintain project records, reports, trackers, and official correspondence.
- Support client visits, project reviews, and operational meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of action items and proper reporting to management.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in construction industry operations and project coordination is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, project execution, and site activities.
- Knowledge of project timelines, scheduling, resource allocation, billing, and cost monitoring.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- KILA ,KIIFB work execution experience( preferred)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
