Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent acquisition executive with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience with Keka HR software. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle and support HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Use Keka HR software for recruitment, candidate tracking, and employee record management.
- Support attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee self-service activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Assist with performance reviews, employee development plans, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).




- Support employee expense claim tracking and approval coordination.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HR software is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Working knowledge of Keka modules such as attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, and performance management.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical positions.
- Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
