Role & responsibilities

- Experience: 3+ years in Mechanical Purchase / Procurement.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Positive knowledge of mechanical materials, components, consumables, and fabrication items.
- Experience in vendor sourcing, vendor development, supplier evaluation, and procurement.
- Experience in raising enquiries, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Strong knowledge of price negotiation, commercial terms, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Experience in supplier coordination, material delivery follow-up, and payment follow-up.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings, BOM, material specifications, and technical requirements is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of ISO requirements, purchase procedures,



and internal audit requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, ERP, and SAP.
- Ability to maintain vendor databases, purchase records, quotations, POs, and procurement documentation.
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly purchase reports and procurement status reports.
- Preferred experience in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Engineering, EPC, Mechanical Projects, or Industrial Equipment industries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
