About the Role

Techpixe is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive with strong knowledge of social media management, multi-platform publishing, and social media automation tools.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with auto-posting, bulk scheduling, and automated content publishing across multiple social media platforms. They should be able to manage multiple accounts, set up publishing workflows, monitor performance, and ensure content is published on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and automatically publish posts, Reels, videos, carousels, and other supported content formats.
- Use social media automation tools to manage multiple accounts from a centralized dashboard.
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Set up bulk scheduling and automated publishing workflows.
- Customize content according to each platform's requirements.
- Monitor scheduled posts and resolve publishing errors.
- Manage captions, hashtags, comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
- Track reach, impressions, engagement, views, and follower growth.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and automation tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of social media automation and auto-posting tools.
- Experience scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of bulk scheduling and automated publishing workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Good understanding of platform-specific posting formats and publishing limitations.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered content tools is an advantage.
