Job Title: Staff Nurse

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our clinical team at Surya Multi Speciality Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, direct patient care across various departments (such as OPD, ICU, and general wards). The ideal candidate is a registered nurse who is highly observant, skilled in routine medical procedures, and committed to patient safety and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care & Monitoring: Conduct physical assessments, continuously monitor vital signs, and promptly report any changes in patient conditions to the attending physicians.
- Medical Administration: Safely administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed by doctors, strictly adhering to medical guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
- Clinical Assistance: Assist doctors and surgeons during examinations, diagnostic procedures, minor surgeries, and routine dressings.
- Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate patient health records, nursing notes, and ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Infection Control & Safety: Strictly follow biomedical waste segregation, sanitation protocols, and hospital infection control policies.




- Patient Education: Provide clear instructions and empathetic counseling to patients and their families regarding care plans, medication schedules, and post-discharge home care.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: ANM, GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid and current registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (or respective State Nursing Council).
- Experience: Proven clinical experience in a hospital setting (0-5 years; freshers with solid clinical fundamentals are welcome to apply).
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in basic nursing procedures, wound care, and IV cannulation; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
