Worklance Connect is hiring 50 Telesales Executives for Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited at its Jayanagar, Bengaluru location.
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, telecalling, sales, or customer support and be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote company offers, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Explain offers clearly and generate customer interest.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions.
- Maintain accurate calling records and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, BPO, customer support,
or sales experience are preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willing to work from the Jayanagar office in Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Salary up to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
