Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, SMM & Paid Ads

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. The candidate should also have a good understanding of web applications, mobile applications, AI-powered products, and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Google & Meta Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to generate leads, conversions, and maximize ROAS.
- SEO: Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and organic traffic growth.
- Social Media Management: Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Content & Creatives: Develop content strategies, ad copies, captions, and campaign ideas in coordination with design and content teams.
- Web, Mobile & AI Marketing: Understand web applications,



mobile apps, SaaS, and AI products to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Optimization: Monitor budgets, analyze results, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Robust expertise in both organic SEO and paid search.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Good understanding of web applications, mobile applications, and AI-based products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable results.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
