- Batch & Scheduled Jobs: Run, manage, and monitor nightly updates, scheduled scripts, and automated batch processing jobs. [1, 2]
- Data Backups & Recovery: Perform regular system and database backups, verify data integrity, and execute recovery procedures when needed. [1, 2]
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify file or system errors, explicit print or hardware queues, perform preventive maintenance, and log equipment malfunctions. [1, 2, 3]
- User & IT Support: Serve as a first point of contact for internal users or clients, resolve basic technical inquiries, and escalate complex issues to systems analysts or IT teams. [1, 2, 3]
