We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized individual with good computer knowledge to monitor, verify, and review day-to-day client activities. The candidate should ensure that all assigned tasks are completed accurately, carefully, and within the required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review daily client activities and assigned tasks.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of work before submission.
- Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information and ensure timely corrections.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and tracking sheets.
- Work efficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
- Track pending activities and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper documentation of client-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure work quality and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to carefully check and review work.
