About the Role :
Star Health is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our health insurance policies, and closing the sale by collecting payments.
Key Responsibilities :
* Calling prospective clients.
* Explaining Star Health insurance policies and benefits in detail.
* Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
* Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.
* Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements :
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience/Fresher & Graduate both are eligible.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
* Experience in field sales/client-facing roles are only eligible (Minimum 6 months of on paper experience is required).
* Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
* Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
