The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and internship experience working as a Designer. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Creating 2D and 3D models using design software such as CAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Use of Ai workflow knowledge is a plus.
- Supporting concept development and design presentations.
- Conducting site visits and documenting project progress.
- Assisting with building code, zoning, and regulatory compliance research.
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Preparing project documentation, reports, and permit applications.
- Helping develop construction details and technical drawings.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.

- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software.
- Understanding of building codes and regulations.

Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Masters Degree is a plus.
- Internship or practical training experience is often preferred.

- Building by-laws and development control regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
