Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kronos/UKG Developer with strong hands-on experience in Workforce Management solutions, Kronos/UKG configuration, integrations, APIs, troubleshooting, and production support.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM and integrating Kronos with external systems using various integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Kronos/UKG integrations with external systems.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
- Create and maintain data mappings and transformation logic.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents.
- Perform integration testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Kronos/UKG solutions.
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills





- 8+ years of experience in Kronos/UKG development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM.
- Strong experience in Kronos/UKG integrations and APIs.
- Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SFTP, and flat-file interfaces.
- Good knowledge of SQL and data validation.
- Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces and data mappings.
- Robust production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Good understanding of integration testing and deployment processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on Kronos/UKG development and configuration experience.
- Experience handling complex integration scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
