About the Project

Digi-Vittiya Saksharta aur Suraksha is an initiative by ETASHA Society to promote digital literacy, financial literacy and cyber safety among Adolescents in government schools. The programme also creates awareness about relevant government schemes and digital services.

Role Overview

ETASHA Society is looking for a Facilitator - Digi-Vittiya Saksharta aur Suraksha to support the implementation of our digital literacy, financial literacy, and cyber safety programme in government schools in Gurugram. The role involves facilitating interactive sessions with students, demonstrating the protected use of digital services, creating awareness about financial safety and cyber threats, and supporting assessments and programme reporting.
If you are a good communicator, comfortable with digital tools, and passionate about working with adolescents and promoting digital and financial awareness, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate sessions on digital literacy, financial literacy and cyber safety.
- Demonstrate the safe and effective use of smartphones, the internet and digital services.
- Explain basic banking concepts, digital payments and financial safety.
- Create awareness about cyber threats, online fraud, data privacy and cybercrime reporting.




- Share information about relevant government schemes and services.
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments and maintain student records.
- Coordinate with teachers and school authorities to ensure smooth programme implementation.
- Maintain attendance records, session documentation and regular updates for the project team.
- Follow organizational guidelines on child safeguarding and data privacy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, the internet and digital applications.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to government schools within Gurugram.
- Prior experience in teaching, facilitation or community-based programmes will be an advantage.

Remuneration is Rs.20, 000/- to Rs.22, 000/- per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
